Communications & Public Relations Professional

Kailey Tucker is a communications professional based in Orlando, Florida. Currently a Disney Experiences Communications Professional Intern at The Walt Disney Company, she supports strategic communications through internal storytelling, editorial planning and writing, creative content, social media, and corporate communication strategy across Disney Experiences.

Kailey brings a strong creative and public relations background to her work, developing newsletters, feature stories, executive messaging, announcements, presentations, and digital content for diverse audiences. She also sources and interviews Cast Members and business partners to uncover compelling stories, supports global communications efforts, and creates content that amplifies organizational initiatives and celebrates Cast accomplishments.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English – Writing from Flagler College and a Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Florida. She is also a PRSA scholarship recipient.

Passionate about storytelling, media, and the evolving communications landscape, Kailey is focused on creating timely, engaging messages and finding creative opportunities to connect brands with audiences. She brings curiosity, authenticity, creativity, and a clear voice to everything she does.
